Disney World’s Caribbean Beach Resort is one of the resorts in Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Categorized in the "Moderate" budget group - one notch higher than the "discount" or Value category - it has a price range of $145 to $225 per room per night.
Caribbean Beach Resort is the largest of all Disney World resorts, with 2112 guest rooms, and each room occupying 315 square feet. Like all other Walt Disney World Resorts, the Caribbean Beach Resort is themed - it has a signature "festive Caribbean" theme.
Location and basic amenities
Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is on the Epcot Area at 900 Cayman Way, Lake Buena Vista, FL. It started operations on October 1, 1998, and has is made up of multi-class two-storey apartment buildings that encircle a 45-acre lake called the "Barefoot Bay". The shore of the bay features lounging and beach activities, including various water sports. In the middle of the bay is Parrot Cay Island, home to a colorful array of tropical birds.
The apartment buildings are grouped into six different villages, each with its own unique style and named after Caribbean Islands: Jamaica, Barbados, Aruba, Martinique, Trinidad North, and Trinidad South. Each of the village has a swimming pool, while some also have their own playground. Resort facilities are centered in the Old Port Royale building, which has all the restaurants, a food court, and a gift shop.
While the Caribbean Beach resort is far from being a "discount" resort, you can still get huge discount if you stay in the standard view instead of the water view room (which has a view of either the pool or the beach). Each room in the resort has a maximum capacity of 4 persons, plus a child in a crib.
Extra amenities
Some of the extra amenities and services offered in the resort include an internal bus service for transporting around the resort, a "Custom House" building (for Check-in, Bell Services, and Guest Services), babysitting and childcare services, valet service cleaning, coin laundry facilities, express check-out, refillable mugs, refrigerator, coffeemaker, hairdryer, High Speed Internet Access, Calypso Trading Post & Calypso Straw Market for souvenirs and gifts, ATM machine, poolside bar, and mini-bars.

You have various dining and food options at the Old Port Royale.
